Square Enix has announced Steam released a free and standalone VR experience for "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided". The actual game, however, is available for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. In the VR experience, you can explore four locations from "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided". Dubai, Golem City and Adam's flat are visited using the Dawn engine. You can also take a close look at some 3D models of the game's main characters and NPCs.
The scope of the "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - VR Experience" is quite limited, but you can still take a look. Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and OSVR are supported. On Steam you can find the System requirements. In addition, the "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - VR Experience" is played either with a gamepad or with motion controllers. Unfortunately, the developers have confirmed that there will be No plans to release the short VR experience for PlayStation VR as well. This is of course a great pity.
