KFC VR app available free of charge

Already in the August 2017 the fast food chain KFC has made a VR app available to train its employees. This VR experience is now available to all users free of charge via the Oculus Store.

According to the company's statement at the time, this shortens the learning process for preparation and means that food no longer has to be wasted. Now you can see for yourself. You are locked in a virtual room and can only escape if you successfully complete a multi-stage cooking process. You are instructed by the digital Colonel Sanders. Chicken thighs are examined, washed, cooked, dried and deep-fried (see launch trailer).

The KFC VR app is called "The Hard Way: A KFC Virtual Training Escape Room" and the free download (1.94 GB) is available from the Oculus Store.
