Player numbers of many VR games known

Normally, the VR industry rarely reveals specific sales or player numbers, but now we have been given a comprehensive insight for the first time, even if it's only about VR titles on Steam.

For some time it was available via the Steam achievement system possibleto determine with any degree of accuracy how many users have played a game. The biggest blockbusters such as "Team Fortress 2", "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive" and "PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds" had over 50, 46 and 36 million players respectively. You can view the list at ArsTechnica (as of 1 July 2018).

Of course, VR games were also recorded in this way.
