VR satire on the American gun cult

The Australian Studio Samurai Punk is currently working on the VR satire "The American Dreamwhich is concerned with the American gun cult. In an alternative world in the 1950s, the gun lobby has somehow managed to ensure that all everyday tasks are completed with weapons. For example, a beer bottle is conveniently opened with a shot to the top. The donut is also held with the barrel of a gun.

In "The American Dream" even the job on the assembly line is done with the gun. Of course, various weapons such as rifles and shotguns are available for all these tasks. In keeping with American Independence Day on 4 July 2017, an amusing trailer was released showing a barbecue. The meat is turned with well-aimed shots. Samurai Punk, which is known from "Screencheat" or "Fruits of a Feather", wants to release "The American Dream" in late summer 2017 for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and PlayStation VR.
