Animated VR series Raising A Rukus launched

"Raising A Rukus" is now available for Gear VR (see link) is available. This is an animated VR series, but there is a charge for this. The first episode lasts around 12 minutes. The remaining episodes should be of a similar length. The Virtual Reality Company (VRC) promises Pixar quality that is unlikely to be fully realised. Raising A Rukus" is about twins travelling through magical worlds and experiencing adventures with their dog Rukus.

Some of the episodes will have a branching plot, which means you can watch an episode several times. You can also experience the story from the perspective of the sister or brother. The co-founder of VRC is Oscar winner Robert Stromberg (Oscar for Best Production Design in "Avatar"). He has also made the comparison with a short film by Pixar, but "Raising A Rukus" is intended to offer a heightened sense of immersion. Steven Spielberg even supported the creation of the VR series as a creative consultant.
