Batman: Arkham VR to be released for HTC Vive & Ouclus Rift

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced that "Batman: Arkham VR" will also be available for HTC Vive and Oculus Rift from 25 April 2017. The VR game has been available for PlayStation VR since last year. "Batman: Arkham VR" is the first virtual reality experience that immerses us in the universe of the Dark Knight. Soon, PC gamers will also be able to explore the famous Gotham City through the eyes of the hero. Legendary gadgets are used to uncover a conspiracy. "Batman: Arkham VR" will support the Oculus Touch and Vive controllers. There will also be full gamepad support. This includes the DualShock 4, Xbox One and Steam controllers.

Sefton Hill, Creative Director at Rocksteady Studios, says of the PC version: "Turning Batman into a VR experience has been a very rewarding experience for everyone here at Rocksteady. The Dark Knight has always been an extraordinary character because of his psychological depth, so it was very exciting to use this immersive medium to delve deeper into his psyche than ever before. We're delighted that PC gamers will finally be able to don the cape and take on the role of the world's greatest detective with the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift versions." A new trailer for "Batman: Arkham VR" has been posted online to coincide with the upcoming release.
