Customer experience is a top priority for marketers

Customer experiences are very popular in 2017. After all, 63 per cent of the 14,000 international marketing managers surveyed are focussing on this, according to the latest Adobe study. Content marketing, social media engagement and personalisation are particularly important here.

VR & AR on trend

At 86 per cent, a very large proportion agree that design is a key success factor. It is not surprising that these factors mean that VR and AR are also very popular. By 2020, a quarter of the marketers surveyed plan to use virtual or augmented reality to motivate customers to become more involved. In Europe in particular, artificial intelligence and bots were cited as important future technologies in marketing.
Thursday also saw the launch of the Adobe Roadshow "Customer Experience Forum 2017", which will then make stops in Hamburg (23 February), Frankfurt am Main (2 March), Munich (9 March) and Zurich (16 March).
