Island Time VR: Survival adventure with humour

In the film "Cast Away" Tom Hanks had the ball "Wilson", in the upcoming survival adventure "Island Time VR" you are also stranded on an island. However, it is very small and the only company is a talking crab called Karl.

The goal of "Island Time VR" is to survive as long as possible until rescue eventually arrives. As the saying goes, you have to use your wits and ingenuity to avoid starving to death. Tools are made and animals are driven away. Meanwhile, Karl always has good advice in store.

As the island in "Island Time VR" is quite small and everything is within easy reach, there is no need for extensive travelling. What's more, the title is designed to be played through several times, with increasing levels of difficulty. This means that resources become scarcer and you are faced with new challenges.

"Island Time VR" is being developed by Flight School Studio, which is known from the interactive film "Manifesto 99" knows. "Island Time VR" will be released in spring 2018 for PlayStation VR, HTC Vive and Oculus Rift. It will also be playable at SXSW and GDC.
