Google ha ora lanciato la versione di accesso anticipato di YouTube VR gratuitamente tramite Vapore<\/a> pubblicato. Ufficialmente \u00e8 supportato solo HTC Vive, ma altre cuffie VR seguiranno a breve. Sebbene l'app parta anche con Oculus Rift, i controlli non sono progettati per i controller Rift.<\/p>\n

Secondo Google, la fase di accesso anticipato di YouTube VR continuer\u00e0 fino alla fine del 2018. Fino ad allora, l'app VR sar\u00e0 continuamente migliorata e ottimizzata in base al feedback degli utenti. Google parla anche di esperienze in-app personalizzate da integrare.<\/p>\n

Secondo quanto riportato, YouTube VR supporta i soliti video a 360 gradi e i normali video 2D, che vengono poi visualizzati su uno schermo. I video 3D stereoscopici non funzionano ancora, ma poich\u00e9 sono gi\u00e0 menzionati nella descrizione ufficiale (vedi sotto), il supporto dovrebbe essere aggiunto presto. Come ho gi\u00e0 detto, l'applicazione VR \u00e8 in continuo sviluppo, per cui si spera che le funzioni mancanti vengano aggiunte presto.<\/p>\n
