Un altro progetto chiamato <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reliefvr.de\/\">SollievoVR<\/a> di W\u00fcrzburg si propone di dimostrarlo. Il loro obiettivo \u00e8 quello di trattare il dolore cronico dove nasce, ovvero nel cervello.<\/h3>\n<div class=\"newstext\">\n<p>Solo pochi giorni fa abbiamo scritto dell'uso della VR nella terapia. Un altro nuovo consorzio scientifico sta ora studiando le possibilit\u00e0 di utilizzare la realt\u00e0 virtuale (VR) per trattare il dolore cronico. L'obiettivo \u00e8 quello di sviluppare un prodotto medico che utilizzi le tecnologie VR per modificare le reti neuronali (neuromatrix) nel cervello in modo tale da alleviare il dolore cronico nel modo pi\u00f9 duraturo possibile.<\/p>\n<p>Mal di schiena cronico, traumi contusivi, fibromialgia, dolore fantasma, CRPS e ustioni sono solo alcuni dei disturbi che possono essere trattati dopo il successo dello studio di validazione.<\/p>\n<p>Il responsabile del progetto ReliefVR \u00e8 Yevgenyia Nedilko della societ\u00e0 Videoreality. L'azienda \u00e8 specializzata in applicazioni VR. I partner scientifici del progetto sono il Centro di Medicina del dolore interdisciplinare (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukw.de\/behandlungszentren\/zentrum-fuer-interdisziplinaere-schmerzmedizin\/startseite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CIS<\/a>) presso l'Ospedale Universitario di W\u00fcrzburg e la Cattedra di Psicologia I della Julius-Maximilians-Universit\u00e4t W\u00fcrzburg (JMU).<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ausserkoerperliche-erfahrung-durch-vr\">Esperienza extracorporea in VR<\/h3>\n<p>\"Inizialmente i pazienti dovrebbero avere la sensazione di avere un corpo virtuale o un avatar che si trova nella stessa posizione del loro corpo reale\", spiega Nedilko. Gli scienziati vogliono poi cambiare questa prospettiva, in modo da creare una cosiddetta esperienza extracorporea. In questo modo, l'avatar elimina il mal di schiena, per cos\u00ec dire.<\/p>\n<p>\"Sospettiamo che sia possibile modificare la percezione del corpo in questo modo\", ha spiegato Heike Rittner, responsabile dello ZIS. Ci\u00f2 probabilmente consentirebbe ai pazienti affetti da mal di schiena cronico di raggiungere uno stato in cui il dolore percepito \u00e8 ridotto e il livello di movimento senza dolore \u00e8 aumentato.<\/p>\n<p>\"Su questa base, esercizi di movimento appositamente studiati possono innescare un nuovo e sano processo di apprendimento\", ha dichiarato Ivo K\u00e4thner, che dirige il sottoprogetto presso la cattedra di Psicologia I della JMU.<\/p>\n<p>Il Ministero federale dell'Istruzione e della Ricerca (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmbf.de\/bmbf\/de\/home\/home_node.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BMBF<\/a>) sta inizialmente finanziando il progetto con un massimo di 200.000 euro.
