Questo potrebbe dare un ulteriore impulso all'uso terapeutico della VR.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il fatto che la VR possa essere utilizzata efficacemente per il trattamento di varie malattie fisiche e mentali \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stato dimostrato in diversi casi. <a href=\"https:\/\/vr-room.ch\/it\/?s=Therapie\">Rapporti<\/a> \u00e8 stato dimostrato. Negli Stati Uniti sembra esserci un certo movimento da parte delle autorit\u00e0 farmaceutiche verso l'accettazione della VR come terapia.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"vr-gegen-chronische-rueckenschmerzen\">VR contro il mal di schiena cronico<\/h3>\n<p>La start-up statunitense AppliedVR lavora da circa sei anni sulla VR per la terapia comportamentale e del dolore. Nel marzo 2021 ha ricevuto circa 29 milioni di dollari dagli investitori per l'ulteriore sviluppo della propria offerta. In totale, l'azienda ha raccolto circa 35 milioni di dollari dalla sua fondazione nel 2015.<\/p>\n<p>A marzo era gi\u00e0 chiaro che l'applicazione EaseVRx aveva superato con successo i test clinici che dimostravano che l'applicazione VR pu\u00f2 alleviare il mal di schiena cronico e il dolore causato dai reumatismi muscolari.<\/p>\n<p>Il programma di trattamento EaseVRx prevede 56 sessioni di VR della durata di 2-16 minuti, a cui i pazienti si sottopongono quotidianamente per otto settimane. Il programma si concentra su esercizi di respirazione e rilassamento per aiutare a controllare il dolore cronico. L'applicazione si basa sui principi della terapia cognitivo-comportamentale.<\/p>\n<p>Il dispositivo su prescrizione, destinato all'autoapplicazione a casa, \u00e8 costituito da una cuffia VR e da un controller, nonch\u00e9 da un \"amplificatore di respirazione\" collegato alla cuffia. Quest'ultimo \u00e8 progettato per dirigere il respiro del paziente verso il microfono delle cuffie, al fine di eseguire esercizi di respirazione profonda.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"vr-therapie-statt-schmerzmittel\">Terapia VR al posto degli antidolorifici<\/h3>\n<p>Negli Stati Uniti, EaseVRx, che comprende occhiali e controller VR, pu\u00f2 ora essere prescritto su ricetta medica dopo l'approvazione della FDA. L'autorit\u00e0 medica ha esaminato l'efficacia della terapia in uno studio multi-stadio in doppio cieco della durata di 8,5 mesi che ha coinvolto 179 partecipanti con dolore cronico alla schiena.<\/p>\n<p>Tra l'altro, il 66% degli utenti di EaseVRx ha riportato una riduzione del dolore superiore al 30%, rispetto al 41% dei partecipanti al gruppo di controllo, che hanno riportato una riduzione del dolore superiore al 30%.
