Forse in futuro potremo fare a meno di andare a fare la spesa perch\u00e9 il nostro frigorifero far\u00e0 automaticamente l'ordine per noi. Ma i consumatori svizzeri lo vogliono davvero e cosa pensano dei concetti di negozio virtuale? <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisg.ch\/de\/wissen\/newsroom\/aktuell\/rssnews\/forschung-lehre\/2020\/september\/retailsummit-webcast-studie-handel-schweiz-15september2020\">Centro di ricerca per la gestione del commercio al dettaglio dell'Universit\u00e0 di San Gallo<\/a> (IRM-HSG) ha condotto un sondaggio con il fornitore di servizi di innovazione Z\u00fchlke. Per lo studio, nel giugno 2020 \u00e8 stato chiesto a 500 adulti della Svizzera tedesca, tramite un panel online, quale fosse il loro atteggiamento nei confronti di quattro nuovi metodi di acquisto senza contatto.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"kontaktlos-passt-zur-pandemie\">Il contactless si adatta alla pandemia<\/h3>\n<p>Lo studio presenta quattro nuovi metodi di acquisto che descrivono il modo in cui potremmo fare acquisti senza contatto in futuro e verifica le preferenze dei clienti in relazione a ciascuno di questi metodi di acquisto. Gli acquisti senza contatto riducono al minimo l'interazione sociale tra i consumatori e il personale di servizio e di vendita. In casi estremi, i consumatori possono fare acquisti senza alcun contatto con altre persone - un approccio pragmatico in tempi di pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>La crisi del coronavirus ha spinto i consumatori a rivedere il proprio comportamento. Un quinto degli intervistati ha dichiarato di aver evitato di visitare i negozi tradizionali dopo lo scoppio della Covid-19. 24% degli svizzeri hanno fatto pi\u00f9 acquisti online. Le precauzioni di sicurezza nei negozi, come le restrizioni sul numero di persone, le regole di distanza sociale e l'obbligo di indossare maschere, stanno avendo un impatto negativo sull'esperienza di acquisto.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"konsumentinnen-und-konsumenten-moechten-weiterhin-stationaer-einkaufen\">I consumatori vogliono ancora fare acquisti nei negozi tradizionali<\/h3>\n<p>Negli anni precedenti a Covid-19, la digitalizzazione aveva gi\u00e0 portato molti consumatori a spostare sempre di pi\u00f9 il luogo di acquisto dai negozi \"bricks-and-mortar\" alle proprie quattro mura o agli smartphone. Tuttavia, il nuovo studio dimostra che gli acquisti in sede continueranno ad avere una grande importanza.<\/p>\n<p>Sorprendentemente, i sistemi di acquisto automatizzati, come un congelatore intelligente, sono i meno popolari tra i nuovi metodi di acquisto: Solo 19% vogliono essere informati quando questo metodo \u00e8 disponibile nel loro quartiere.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"virtueller-laden-auf-platz-2\">Negozio virtuale al 2\u00b0 posto<\/h3>\n<p>Al secondo posto dopo il negozio self-service c'\u00e8 il negozio virtuale. 27% degli intervistati vorrebbero essere informati quando \u00e8 disponibile.
