Un projet sensationnel en est l'exemple parfait. L'entreprise Intel a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une partie du mus\u00e9e d'art Smithsonian American Art Museum en tant que r\u00e9plique fid\u00e8le \u00e0 l'original pour la VR.<\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le Smithsonian American Art Museum \u00e0 Washington D.C. contient l'une des plus grandes collections d'art am\u00e9ricain. R\u00e9cemment, Intel SAAM VR, en collaboration avec d'autres partenaires, a immortalis\u00e9 en VR le deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage de l'aile est. Elle repr\u00e9sente un paysage nordique avec des aurores bor\u00e9ales et le bateau de l'explorateur polaire Isaac Israel Hayes, coinc\u00e9 dans la glace. Elle se compose de trois \u00e9crans vid\u00e9o montrant des foules dans des a\u00e9roports, des cin\u00e9mas et d'autres lieux publics. Pour la visite virtuelle du mus\u00e9e, l'artiste a \u00e9t\u00e9 scann\u00e9e en 3D et commente son travail sous la forme d'un hologramme.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette d\u00e9mo, le Smithsonian American Art Museum voulait d\u00e9couvrir comment les nouvelles technologies pourraient \u00e9largir les visites de mus\u00e9es.
