L'entreprise souligne ainsi l'importance croissante de cette technologie et montre en outre \u00e0 quel point elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re polyvalente.<\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\"Nous avons commenc\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t \u00e0 nous int\u00e9resser \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle\", explique le Dr Torsten Wingenter, Senior Director Digital Innovations chez Lufthansa. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 publi\u00e9 en mars sur VR Room <a href=\"https:\/\/vr-room.ch\/fr\/2017\/03\/16\/glasboden-sicht-bei-lufthansa-mit-vr-app\/\">rapporte<\/a>que Lufthansa souhaite utiliser la RV avant tout \u00e0 des fins de divertissement. Une application a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e avec l'\u00e9quipe Lufthansa Customer Experience, qui permet de voir librement un paysage en 3D tout en le survolant. En outre, Lufthansa propose \u00e9galement une application qui permet aux passagers de d\u00e9couvrir de nombreuses destinations en 360\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Entre-temps, Lufthansa utilise la technologie dans diff\u00e9rents domaines au sein du groupe, notamment dans la distribution, la formation des pilotes, la maintenance et le divertissement \u00e0 bord. Un film produit en collaboration avec Samsung montre trois des domaines d'application :<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"R\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle dans la distribution, la formation et le divertissement \u2502 Samsung &amp; 3spin\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ecf4jhEVVfQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"mehr-upgrades-durch-virtual-reality\">Plus de mises \u00e0 niveau gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle<\/h3>\n<p>Depuis quelques mois, Lufthansa vend des surclassements \u00e0 la porte d'embarquement par le biais de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. \"Nous montrons par exemple notre classe Premium Economy aux clients Economy. Ils voient ainsi combien d'espace suppl\u00e9mentaire ils ont avec cette offre\", explique Alexander Schlaubitz, Senior Vice President Marketing chez Lufthansa.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le monde entier, Lufthansa utilise ainsi plus de 300 lunettes VR avec une application de distribution de l'agence 3spin et a pu obtenir une augmentation des surclassements allant jusqu'\u00e0 50 pour cent dans le cadre de promotions sur les portes d'embarquement. \"Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle, nous pouvons \u00e9galement faire vivre des destinations d'une toute autre mani\u00e8re et v\u00e9hiculer l'\u00e9motion du voyage \u00e0 l'avance\", explique Schlaubitz.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"pilotenausbildung-jederzeit-und-ueberall\">Formation de pilote \u00e0 tout moment et partout<\/h3>\n<p>Lufthansa Aviation Training utilise \u00e9galement depuis un an le Samsung Gear VR avec une application de 3spin. \"Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une vid\u00e9o interactive qui permet aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves-pilotes de se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 leurs premiers vols interurbains\", explique Janna Bents, charg\u00e9e de formation chez Lufthansa. \"Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves-pilotes peuvent parcourir virtuellement leurs points d'orientation pr\u00e9-planifi\u00e9s et recevoir des informations\".
