{"id":4522,"date":"2017-02-21T10:00:37","date_gmt":"2017-02-21T10:00:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vr-room.ch\/?p=4522"},"modified":"2017-02-20T16:32:15","modified_gmt":"2017-02-20T16:32:15","slug":"mixed-reality-in-der-neurochirurgie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vr-room.ch\/fr\/2017\/02\/21\/mixed-reality-in-der-neurochirurgie\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9alit\u00e9 mixte en neurochirurgie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un premier prototype a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s \u00e0 l'H\u00f4pital de l'\u00cele de Berne : Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e ou mixte, les interventions pourront bient\u00f4t \u00eatre mieux planifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de logiciels <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netcetera.com\/de\/home\/stories\/expertise\/20170216-hololens-inselspital-bern.html\">Necetera<\/a> l'\u00e9quipe du professeur Andreas Raabe de la clinique universitaire de neurochirurgie a test\u00e9 un nouveau domaine d'application avec HoloLens en neurochirurgie. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Necetera a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1996 par cinq coll\u00e8gues \u00e9tudiants et comprend, outre les bureaux de Netcetera, diverses entreprises de logiciels.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"vereinfachte-operationsplanung\"><strong>Planification simplifi\u00e9e des op\u00e9rations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les premiers essais ont port\u00e9 sur la visualisation des r\u00e9sultats et la planification chirurgicale correspondante. Des scanners et des IRM de patients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 combin\u00e9s avec des donn\u00e9es de neuronavigation pour \u00eatre d\u00e9compos\u00e9s en diff\u00e9rents segments, color\u00e9s et visualis\u00e9s en 3D en taille r\u00e9elle. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la vue spatiale, il est plus facile pour le chirurgien de planifier l'op\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rents segments comme la t\u00eate, les vaisseaux ou certaines zones du cerveau sont mis en \u00e9vidence par des couleurs et peuvent \u00eatre affich\u00e9s ou masqu\u00e9s au choix. Des gestes et une commande vocale permettent de modifier la taille et la position des segments. On peut ainsi voir le cr\u00e2ne sous n'importe quelle perspective et avec diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n<p>L'application correspondante est simple et intuitive. Elle fonctionne sur l'HoloLens. Les donn\u00e9es des patients peuvent \u00eatre charg\u00e9es directement dans les HoloLens \u00e0 partir de la neuronavigation. La performance des HoloLens est d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisante pour travailler avec et aucun autre appareil n'est n\u00e9cessaire. Bien que tout semble d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s au point, la solution en est encore au stade du prototype et n'est pas encore utilis\u00e9e dans le domaine m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 640px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-4522-1\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" loop=\"1\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/youtube\" src=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/-rmHKtfusCo?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/-rmHKtfusCo\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/-rmHKtfusCo<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<h3 id=\"mehrwert-fuer-die-patienten-und-fuer-ausbildungsstaetten\"><strong>Valeur ajout\u00e9e pour les patients et les \u00e9tablissements de formation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De m\u00eame, les patients pourraient peut-\u00eatre mieux comprendre ce qui se passe exactement pendant l'op\u00e9ration s'ils pouvaient voir la visualisation avant. Les \u00e9ventuelles incertitudes et les craintes qui y sont li\u00e9es pourraient ainsi \u00eatre abord\u00e9es plus facilement et plus largement.<\/p>\n<p>Il est de plus en plus \u00e9vident que la VR peut apporter une valeur ajout\u00e9e dans tous les domaines possibles et qu'elle n'est pas seulement un divertissement.
