Tous les mouvements du corps doivent donc \u00eatre naturels ou pertinents pour la vie quotidienne.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"der-fun-faktor\"><strong>Le facteur plaisir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La RV doit permettre aux patients de prendre plaisir aux exercices de physioth\u00e9rapie, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un peu ennuyeux. Les applications doivent \u00eatre totalement intuitives. Souvent, le probl\u00e8me est que de nombreux patients ne font pas leurs exercices \u00e0 la maison parce qu'ils n'ont pas la motivation n\u00e9cessaire. Nous esp\u00e9rons que le facteur \"plaisir\" rendra le tout un peu plus int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"die-ueberwachung\"><strong>La surveillance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Autre avantage de la physioth\u00e9rapie VR : les physioth\u00e9rapeutes peuvent mieux surveiller leurs patients et enregistrer leurs progr\u00e8s avec la VR. Gr\u00e2ce au feed-back en temps r\u00e9el sur le suivi de la t\u00eate et du corps, les applications aident les utilisateurs \u00e0 atteindre leur objectif d'entra\u00eenement. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des rapports d\u00e9taill\u00e9s pour chaque s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement, les physioth\u00e9rapeutes et bien s\u00fbr les patients peuvent voir comment se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es les performances. VRPhysio promet un suivi ultra-pr\u00e9cis. On peut toutefois se demander jusqu'\u00e0 quel point il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 avanc\u00e9, si l'on consid\u00e8re les autres suivis de jeux actuellement. Selon le site web, VRPhysio est compatible avec HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Microsoft VR headset, Google Daydream, Samsung Gear VR.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ein-weg-gesundheitskosten-zu-daempfen\"><strong>Un moyen de ma\u00eetriser les co\u00fbts de la sant\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ainsi, celui qui, jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, a menti \u00e0 son th\u00e9rapeute en pr\u00e9tendant avoir fait ses exercices r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, sera vite d\u00e9masqu\u00e9. Peut-\u00eatre une mani\u00e8re de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de la sant\u00e9 ou m\u00eame d'introduire un syst\u00e8me de bonus-malus ? Celui qui ne fait pas ses exercices et retarde ainsi consciemment et d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment sa r\u00e9\u00e9ducation pourrait \u00e0 l'avenir assumer lui-m\u00eame les co\u00fbts ou, \u00e0 l'inverse, celui qui s'y tient assid\u00fbment serait r\u00e9compens\u00e9. Le protocole fournit le syst\u00e8me RV \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n<p>Mais bien s\u00fbr, la r\u00e8gle est la m\u00eame ici. La th\u00e9rapie VR ne convient qu'en collaboration avec un v\u00e9ritable th\u00e9rapeute.
