Cela pourrait donner un nouvel \u00e9lan \u00e0 l'utilisation th\u00e9rapeutique de la RV.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 dans divers articles que la RV est utilis\u00e9e efficacement dans le traitement de diff\u00e9rentes maladies physiques et psychiques. <a href=\"https:\/\/vr-room.ch\/fr\/?s=Therapie\">Rapports<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9. Au total, le financement depuis la cr\u00e9ation en 2015 s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 environ 35 millions de dollars US.<\/p>\n<p>En mars, il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 clair que l'application EaseVRx avait pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes cliniques d\u00e9montrant que l'application VR pouvait soulager les maux de dos chroniques et les douleurs li\u00e9es aux rhumatismes musculaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme de traitement EaseVRx propose 56 s\u00e9ances de RV de 2 \u00e0 16 minutes, que les patients suivent quotidiennement pendant huit semaines. L'aspect central est constitu\u00e9 par des exercices de respiration et de relaxation qui doivent aider \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler la douleur chronique. L'application s'appuie sur les principes des th\u00e9rapies cognitivo-comportementales.<\/p>\n<p>L'appareil, d\u00e9livr\u00e9 sur ordonnance et destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l'auto-utilisation \u00e0 domicile, se compose d'un casque VR et d'un contr\u00f4leur, ainsi que d'un \"amplificateur de respiration\" fix\u00e9 au casque. Celui-ci est cens\u00e9 guider la respiration du patient vers le microphone du casque afin d'effectuer des exercices de respiration profonde.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"vr-therapie-statt-schmerzmittel\">Une th\u00e9rapie VR plut\u00f4t que des analg\u00e9siques<\/h3>\n<p>Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, EaseVRx, y compris les lunettes VR et le contr\u00f4leur, peut d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre prescrit sur ordonnance apr\u00e8s l'approbation de la FDA. L'autorit\u00e9 m\u00e9dicale a examin\u00e9 l'efficacit\u00e9 de la th\u00e9rapie dans le cadre d'une \u00e9tude en double aveugle \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux d'une dur\u00e9e de 8,5 mois avec 179 participants souffrant de douleurs chroniques dans le bas du dos.<\/p>\n<p>Entre autres, 66 pour cent des utilisateurs d'EaseVRx ont rapport\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction de la douleur de plus de 30 pour cent, contre 41 pour cent des participants du groupe de contr\u00f4le qui ont rapport\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction de la douleur de plus de 30 pour cent.
