La start-up londonienne Dent Reality d\u00e9veloppe un syst\u00e8me de navigation int\u00e9rieure en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e pour les magasins d'alimentation.<\/h3>\n

La recherche d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9e d'un employ\u00e9 et le \"d\u00e9sol\u00e9, o\u00f9 puis-je trouver du lait sans lactose ?\" appartiendront bient\u00f4t au pass\u00e9. Car la derni\u00e8re technologie de la start-up londonienne Dent R\u00e9alit\u00e9<\/a> indique le chemin vers le produit recherch\u00e9. L'application innovante affiche sur le smartphone le plan du magasin et sa propre position, et sait exactement o\u00f9 se trouve une cat\u00e9gorie de produits. L'utilisateur est ainsi guid\u00e9 vers le bon rayon par une carte ou une vue en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e. Les donn\u00e9es WLAN et les donn\u00e9es des capteurs du smartphone sont utilis\u00e9es pour la localisation en temps r\u00e9el des utilisateurs.<\/p>\n

Pour concr\u00e9tiser cette vision, l'\u00e9quipe vient de recevoir un financement de d\u00e9part de l'\u00e9quivalent de 3,4 millions de dollars US. L'investisseur principal est Pi Labs, Sugar Captial, 7Percent Ventures et un certain nombre de petits investisseurs ayant \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cette somme.<\/p>\n

Coop\u00e9ration avec Apple<\/h3>\n

Dent Reality travaille sur la navigation int\u00e9rieure AR depuis 2017 et affirme que sa solution peut g\u00e9rer jusqu'\u00e0 40.000 articles par magasin et des milliers d'emplacements par d\u00e9taillant. Pour que cela fonctionne sans probl\u00e8me, Dent Reality travaille en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les d\u00e9taillants.<\/p>\n

Parmi les premiers clients, on trouve la cha\u00eene de magasins britannique Marks & Spencer, qui a men\u00e9 un projet test avec Dent Reality \u00e0 Londres. Dent Reality a \u00e9galement d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 avec Apple \u00e0 titre d'essai.<\/p>\n

Les \u00e9piceries ne sont qu'un d\u00e9but pour Dent Reality. \"Nous avons choisi les \u00e9piceries parce que c'est le d\u00e9fi le plus difficile que nous aurions pu relever\", explique le PDG Andrew Hart \u00e0 TechCrunch.<\/p>\n

Google propose \u00e9galement de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e la navigation en RA \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des b\u00e2timents.<\/h3>\n

\u00c0 l'avenir, la solution de navigation sera \u00e9tendue \u00e0 d'autres zones int\u00e9rieures. Il est question de complexes de bureaux, d'h\u00f4pitaux et d'universit\u00e9s. Pour atteindre cet objectif, les nouveaux moyens financiers seront investis dans de nouveaux sp\u00e9cialistes et dans l'\u00e9largissement de la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n

Google teste \u00e9galement d\u00e9j\u00e0 les premi\u00e8res solutions de navigation AR en int\u00e9rieur et a annonc\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e une mise \u00e0 jour de Google Maps qui guide les utilisateurs de smartphones \u00e0 travers les a\u00e9roports, les stations de transit et les centres commerciaux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des panneaux indicateurs AR. Actuellement, certains sites am\u00e9ricains sont pris en charge, ainsi que Tokyo et Zurich.
