La start-up d\u00e9veloppera et distribuera la technologie pour une exp\u00e9rience utilisateur in\u00e9dite pour les conseils dans le secteur financier et dans d'autres branches.<!--more--><\/h3>\n<p>Au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, des sp\u00e9cialistes de l'Universit\u00e9 de Zurich, de la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e du Nord-Ouest de la Suisse et de l'Hypothekarbank Lenzburg ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, sous le nom de \"Livepaper\", une plate-forme d'interaction d'un nouveau genre pour les situations de conseil. Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re application r\u00e9ussie dans le domaine bancaire, l'Hypothekarbank Lenzburg, par le biais de sa filiale HBL Finanz AG, a maintenant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lusee.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lusee AG<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\"Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une solution de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 mixte unique en son genre, qui fusionne diff\u00e9rentes technologies en une nouvelle exp\u00e9rience client, Lusee cr\u00e9e une plus-value de contenu pour des situations de conseil dans diff\u00e9rents domaines. L'exp\u00e9rience client est intensifi\u00e9e et le conseil est num\u00e9ris\u00e9 de bout en bout\", explique Andreas Kunzmann, CEO de Lusee AG et membre du conseil d'administration de l'Hypothekarbank Lenzburg.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"vorteile-der-realen-und-digitalen-welt\"><strong>V<\/strong>Avantages du monde r\u00e9el et du monde num\u00e9rique<\/h3>\n<p>La technologie de Lusee se compose de diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments mat\u00e9riels tels qu'un ordinateur personnel, un vid\u00e9oprojecteur haute r\u00e9solution et diff\u00e9rents capteurs pour ce que l'on appelle le motion tracking, y compris la reconnaissance de l'\u00e9criture manuscrite. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'interaction (jetons), le conseiller peut interagir avec le syst\u00e8me et faire ainsi projeter des contenus adapt\u00e9s au client sur diff\u00e9rents supports, comme sur un plateau de table ou sur une feuille de papier via le vid\u00e9oprojecteur.<\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rentes applications pour l'utilisateur final sont envisageables. Lusee fournit pour cela le cadre logiciel. Dans le cas de l'Hypothekarbank Lenzburg, une application est utilis\u00e9e pour le conseil en cr\u00e9dit hypoth\u00e9caire. D'autres applications de d\u00e9veloppeurs tiers pour des services tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans la structure de Lusee.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"wow-effekt-im-richtigen-moment\">Un effet \"waouh\" au bon moment<\/h3>\n<p>\"L'utilisation de diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9dias permet aux clients de comprendre plus rapidement et mieux des sujets complexes et de m\u00e9moriser plus longtemps les r\u00e9sultats\", explique Mehmet Kilic, qui accompagne le projet Lusee en tant qu'expert UX \u00e0 la banque hypoth\u00e9caire de Lenzbourg. Selon lui, le conseiller peut conserver son style de conseil personnel et l'adapter aux besoins individuels des clients.<\/p>\n<p>\"Lusee peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les secteurs les plus divers et dans de nombreuses situations de conseil\", explique Ulrike Schock, directrice op\u00e9rationnelle (COO) de Lusee AG. On peut imaginer aussi bien des situations de conseil collaboratif que des applications en libre-service. L'objectif \u00e0 long terme est que Lusee soit utilis\u00e9 non seulement par les banques, mais aussi par d'autres prestataires de services qui s'occupent de processus de saisie d'informations sur les clients et pour lesquels l'interaction humaine est in\u00e9vitable.<\/p>\n<p>\"Chez Lusee, l'homme est toujours au centre. La technologie passe au second plan, elle est une aide invisible et apporte l'effet \"wow\" d\u00e9cisif au bon moment\", explique Schock.
