Les cours de formation VR d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en interne permettent aux pilotes d'organiser plus efficacement leur temps de formation tout en contribuant \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts. KLM Cityhopper est la premi\u00e8re compagnie a\u00e9rienne \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la RV dans la formation des pilotes d'avions Embraer. <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La filiale de KLM, KLM Cityhopper, dispose d'une flotte d'Embraer qui dessert des destinations europ\u00e9ennes. KLM Cityhopper a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont la RV peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re plus flexible aux diff\u00e9rents besoins de formation des pilotes.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"i\">\"La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle (VR) rend la formation plus accessible. La VR est \"\u00e0 la demande\" et ind\u00e9pendante du lieu - les pilotes n'ont pas besoin de se trouver dans une salle de formation ou un simulateur \u00e0 une heure pr\u00e9cise. De plus, la RV invite les pilotes \u00e0 explorer l'environnement virtuel en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9\",<\/span> explique Sebastian Gerkens, Senior Instructor Embraer chez KLM Cityhopper. <span class=\"i\">\"Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la RV, les pilotes peuvent se familiariser \u00e0 l'avance avec le cockpit et utiliser ensuite plus efficacement le temps pass\u00e9 dans le simulateur\".<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle approche de la formation permet en outre de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts, notamment parce qu'elle permet de diminuer le nombre de prestataires externes et d'assouplir la planification des pilotes.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"drei-anwendungen\"><span class=\"b\">Trois applications <\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les cours de formation VR pour les Embraer 175 et 190 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par les propres experts VR de KLM en collaboration avec KLM Cityhopper. La formation se compose de trois applications, qui font toutes partie du cours de Type-Rating, au cours duquel les pilotes apprennent les caract\u00e9ristiques sp\u00e9cifiques du type d'avion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xmllist\"><strong>1. <span class=\"b\">Cockpit virtuel :<\/span> <\/strong>Le pilote se trouve \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du cockpit, c'est-\u00e0-dire dans une image interactive des pupitres de commande g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par ordinateur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xmllist\"><strong>2. <\/strong><span class=\"b\"><strong>Vid\u00e9o d'instruction :<\/strong><\/span> Le pilote regarde une vid\u00e9o POV \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s d'un vol depuis le si\u00e8ge de saut du cockpit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"xmllist\"><strong>3. <span class=\"b\">Visite virtuelle :<\/span> <\/strong>Le pilote passe \u00e0 travers et autour de l'avion, les images sont bas\u00e9es sur des photos \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Werner Soeteman, directeur du VR Centre Of Excellence chez KLM IT explique : <span class=\"i\">\"Le cockpit virtuel interactif a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement cr\u00e9\u00e9 sur ordinateur par notre \u00e9quipe de d\u00e9veloppeurs VR et de designers 3D. Pour produire la vid\u00e9o et les photos \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s, l'un de nos ing\u00e9nieurs VR s'est assis dans le cockpit pendant un vol et a manipul\u00e9 une cam\u00e9ra avanc\u00e9e \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s, en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les pilotes du KLM Cityhopper. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"easa-zertifizierung-wird-geprueft\"><span class=\"b\">Certification EASA en cours d'examen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>KLM explore depuis longtemps les possibilit\u00e9s d'utiliser la RV dans la formation du personnel. Par exemple, il existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 des formations en RV pour les techniciens de maintenance et le personnel de cabine du KLM Cityhopper. Maintenant, les pilotes d'Embraer 175 et 190 s'ajoutent \u00e0 cette entreprise. Les cours de RV compl\u00e8tent le programme de formation des pilotes existant de KLM. KLM Cityhopper \u00e9tudie actuellement la possibilit\u00e9 d'obtenir une approbation de l'AESA pour ces cours, qui remplaceraient ainsi certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments de formation standard tels que les cours en classe, le poster du cockpit et les manuels.
