Peut-\u00eatre pourrons-nous \u00e0 l'avenir nous passer compl\u00e8tement d'aller faire les courses, car notre r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur passera automatiquement la commande \u00e0 notre place. Mais les consommateurs et consommatrices suisses le souhaitent-ils vraiment et que pensent-ils des concepts de magasins virtuels ? <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le site <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisg.ch\/de\/wissen\/newsroom\/aktuell\/rssnews\/forschung-lehre\/2020\/september\/retailsummit-webcast-studie-handel-schweiz-15september2020\">Centre de recherche en gestion commerciale de l'universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall<\/a> (IRM-HSG) a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate avec le prestataire de services d'innovation Z\u00fchlke. Pour cette \u00e9tude, 500 adultes de Suisse al\u00e9manique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s en juin 2020, via un fournisseur de panel en ligne, sur leur attitude vis-\u00e0-vis de quatre nouvelles m\u00e9thodes d'achat sans contact.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"kontaktlos-passt-zur-pandemie\">Le sans contact s'adapte \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie<\/h3>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude pr\u00e9sente quatre nouvelles m\u00e9thodes d'achat qui d\u00e9crivent comment nous pourrions faire des achats sans contact \u00e0 l'avenir et teste les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des clients par rapport \u00e0 chacune de ces m\u00e9thodes d'achat. Le shopping sans contact minimise l'interaction sociale entre les consommateurs et le personnel de service et de vente. Dans le cas extr\u00eame, les consommateurs peuvent faire leurs achats sans aucun contact avec d'autres personnes - une approche pragmatique en p\u00e9riode de pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>La crise de Corona a motiv\u00e9 les consommateurs \u00e0 changer d'attitude. Un cinqui\u00e8me des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont indiqu\u00e9 qu'elles \u00e9vitaient de se rendre dans les magasins stationnaires depuis l'\u00e9clatement de Covid-19. 24% des Suisses ont fait davantage d'achats en ligne. Les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le commerce stationnaire, telles que la limitation du nombre de personnes, les r\u00e8gles de distance et l'obligation de porter un masque, nuisent \u00e0 l'exp\u00e9rience d'achat.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"konsumentinnen-und-konsumenten-moechten-weiterhin-stationaer-einkaufen\">Les consommateurs veulent continuer \u00e0 faire leurs achats en magasin<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e9j\u00e0 dans les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant Covid-19, la num\u00e9risation a eu pour effet que le lieu d'achat de nombreux consommateurs s'est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 de plus en plus des magasins stationnaires vers leurs propres quatre murs ou vers leur smartphone. La nouvelle \u00e9tude montre toutefois que les achats en magasin continueront \u00e0 rev\u00eatir une grande importance.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tonnamment, les syst\u00e8mes d'achat automatis\u00e9s, comme une armoire \u00e0 citrouilles intelligente, sont les moins populaires des nouvelles m\u00e9thodes d'achat : Seuls 19% souhaitent \u00eatre inform\u00e9s lorsque cette m\u00e9thode est disponible pr\u00e8s de chez eux.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"virtueller-laden-auf-platz-2\">Le magasin virtuel en deuxi\u00e8me position<\/h3>\n<p>Le magasin virtuel arrive en deuxi\u00e8me position apr\u00e8s le magasin en libre-service. 27% des personnes interrog\u00e9es souhaitent \u00eatre inform\u00e9es lorsque celui-ci est disponible. Pour entrer dans le magasin, les consommateurs utilisent des lunettes VR, qui les plongent depuis chez eux dans un environnement de magasin ma\u00e7onn\u00e9, avec un caract\u00e8re d'exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>Plus d'un quart des personnes interrog\u00e9es seraient donc pr\u00eates \u00e0 faire leurs achats avec la VR.
