Les agents de bord sont mis en situation de danger \u00e0 l'aide de lunettes de donn\u00e9es.<\/span><!--more--><\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s que Lufthansa a d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 avec plusieurs <a href=\"http:\/\/vr-room.ch\/fr\/?s=lufthansa\">Projets VR<\/a> forme d\u00e9sormais son personnel navigant \u00e0 l'aide de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. Dans deux centres situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Munich et \u00e0 Francfort, quelque 18.500 agents de bord suivront chaque ann\u00e9e des le\u00e7ons li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, a indiqu\u00e9 mardi la filiale Lufthansa Aviation Training.<\/p>\n<p>A l'aide de lunettes de donn\u00e9es, les stagiaires sont mis dans des situations concr\u00e8tes dans la cabine de l'avion. Une extension \u00e0 d'autres contenus de formation est pr\u00e9vue. La nouvelle m\u00e9thode serait plus efficace et moins co\u00fbteuse que les formations en avion ou dans un simulateur de cabine r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<div class=\"row headline-section\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12\">\n<div class=\"lead\">\n<p>Ola Hansson, Managing Director chez LAT : \"Nous sommes tr\u00e8s fiers de pouvoir lancer officiellement la formation virtuelle pour le personnel navigant de Lufthansa et de leur offrir le centre de formation VR le plus moderne d'Europe pour le secteur de l'aviation. La num\u00e9risation est l'un des th\u00e8mes phares de LAT et, avec les nouveaux hubs VR, nous avons un exemple formidable de la mani\u00e8re dont nous faisons avancer ces th\u00e8mes de mani\u00e8re cons\u00e9quente et dans l'air du temps\".<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"news-text-wrap\">\n<p><b>Du centre d'entra\u00eenement directement \u00e0 l'avion<\/b><br \/>\nPour la formation elle-m\u00eame, les participants re\u00e7oivent des lunettes VR - avec lesquelles ils se rendent dans l'une des 18 nouvelles cabines VR d'environ 3,00 m\u00e8tres sur 3,00 m\u00e8tres sur les sites de formation LAT de Francfort et de Munich. D\u00e8s que les lunettes sont mises, les stagiaires se trouvent directement dans l'avion virtuel et re\u00e7oivent une br\u00e8ve introduction de l'assistant num\u00e9rique \"VIA\" (abr\u00e9viation de \"Virtual Interactive Assistant\"). Pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de l'exercice, un op\u00e9rateur de panneau dans le VR Hub a constamment un \u0153il sur l'action via plusieurs moniteurs : Des vid\u00e9os en direct de chaque cabine sont transmises, ainsi que ce que le participant a vu. Le stagiaire et l'op\u00e9rateur peuvent en outre entrer en contact direct \u00e0 tout moment, que ce soit pour des questions ou pour une aide utile. Un avantage essentiel de la formation virtuelle : plusieurs agents de bord peuvent d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre form\u00e9s en parall\u00e8le.
