Le Centre de formation gastronomique de Coblence (GBZ) veut r\u00e9agir \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 en proposant des formats de formation innovants.<\/h3>\n

La formation continue ne doit pas toujours \u00eatre frontale ni se d\u00e9rouler dans le cadre d'un s\u00e9minaire commun. Le centre de formation gastronomique de Coblence (GBZ) teste actuellement de nouveaux formats d'e-learning bas\u00e9s sur la technique de la RV. Les participants peuvent ainsi suivre les cours vid\u00e9o individuellement et s'exercer \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches proches de la pratique.<\/p>\n

Le GBZ a produit trois vid\u00e9os avec les guides des formateurs correspondants, qui illustrent le travail \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception, au housekeeping et \u00e0 la cuisine. La nouvelle technique VR permet d'organiser des sessions de formation individuelles pour les employ\u00e9s, ind\u00e9pendamment du lieu, de l'heure et du nombre d'employ\u00e9s. Un formateur n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire, les paquets d'apprentissage VR sont auto-explicatifs et peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s aussi souvent que souhait\u00e9. L'institut annonce que l'immersion dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle permet de r\u00e9aliser des t\u00e2ches tr\u00e8s proches de la pratique.<\/p>\n

\"Nous sommes convaincus que l'utilisation de lunettes VR est bien adapt\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de formation de notre secteur. Les apprenants se trouvent au c\u0153ur de l'action et seront mieux \u00e0 m\u00eame de comprendre et de suivre les mesures pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Les connaissances acquises seront ainsi mieux m\u00e9moris\u00e9es\", explique Yvonne Pauly, responsable de secteur au GBZ.<\/p>\n

Le kit d'apprentissage, qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re autonome par les restaurateurs pour la formation en interne, comprend cinq lunettes VR, la vid\u00e9o d'apprentissage souhait\u00e9e, du mat\u00e9riel d'apprentissage et des tests de contr\u00f4le des performances au prix de lancement de 299 euros.<\/p>\n
