Sensoryx <\/a>makes this dream come true. With their VRfree glove, which is compatible with the most popular VR glasses, gamers can bring their hands and fingers into play. The highlight: the system is the only one in the world that also works mobile, i.e. not only on Oculus and HTC Vive, but also on Daydream and GearVR. The reason: the system from the 4 developers does not need stationary cameras for positioning, everything is already integrated into the gloves and the glasses attachment.<\/p>\nThe startup plans the first sales via a Kickstarter campaign in autumn 2017.<\/p>\n

The young entrepreneurs were particularly excited when they were selected to present their system at the Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas in January 2018. You can visit Sensoryx not only there, but already in November at the SIF in Basel or by taking part in the world's largest game hackathon GGJ'2018, for example in Zurich or Yverdon. Sensoryx will co-sponsor the Global Game Jam in January 2018, which will also take place in Zurich and in Yverdon, as it does every year. The developers themselves mastered great challenges for the realisation of the gloves: The millimetre-precise recording for tracking and the development of algorithms to evaluate the data from the various sensors were just two of them. But the first demo videos on YouTube show that the effort was worth it. You can see how you can pick up virtual balls with the gloves and of course throw them. But playing the virtual piano is also child's play with the VRfree gloves.<\/p>\n
