On 4 March, Swiss Post issued a special stamp to commemorate the Bourbaki Army 150 years ago. You can see even more of the circular painting on your mobile phone - thanks to augmented reality.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The spectacular format of this work is now also reflected in the design of the special postage stamp. The details show French soldiers being treated and fed by the local population. Next to them are railway carriages ready to transport the troops onwards. The picture is divided by a white banderole, whose typographic elements form a modern contrast to the painting. At the same time, its colour scheme is reminiscent of the Red Cross.<\/p>\n<p>However, the brand only unfolds its full power through augmented reality: this allows you to experience the impressive circular image from back then almost in real life. This unique visual experience can be created using the Post app and smartphone.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first time that Swiss Post has brought a stamp to life.
