This should increase the immersion in the cockpit even further.<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft writes: \"The Sim community has been a very active and insightful partner in the team's approach to VR - and remains an important ongoing partner in driving optimisation. Last but not least, Virtual Reality as a new component of Flight Sim is the direct result of your community feedback.\"<\/p>\n<p>According to Microsoft, the goal was to make the update available to as many VR users as possible: \"To achieve this, the free update needed to be compatible with a wide range of VR devices, including most Windows Mixed Reality headsets (including the HP Reverb G2), as well as Oculus, Valve and HTC headsets.\"<\/p>\n<p>Once the free update is downloaded, you can take off right away with the right VR headset, Microsoft says.
