From 17 July to 17 August 2018, the Virtual Reality Openair Cinema will take place for the first time on the Uetliberg. Every evening there will be two screenings for 150 people each. There are probably still some organisational changes in the background of We Are Cinema with the participation of Echowerk.<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

We Are Cinema revives cinema on the mountain with a big open-air spectacle above the roofs of Zurich on the Uetliberg - at the Hotel Uto Kulm. The VR Openair Cinema combines tradition and modernity: the audience sits together under a starry sky, but not in front of a single screen. Everyone chooses their film and becomes part of it. Virtual Reality Openair Cinema <\/a>the most impressive VR short films currently on the market will be on show again this year, in 360 degrees on your own VR glasses. Most of the films are non-verbal or in German or English.<\/span><\/p>\n

For those who want to enjoy the culinary delights beforehand, there is a barbecue buffet \u00e0 discretion, for which you also have to register in advance.<\/p>\n

We were already last year<\/a> at the VR Openair Kino and can highly recommend it! It is therefore not surprising that the previews are already sold out.<\/p>\n

Marketer participates in VR cinema<\/h3>\n

The marketing company Echowerk is taking a 20 per cent stake in Vertical Ventures, the company behind Switzerland's first virtual reality cinema. At the beginning of this year, Echowerk initially took over the exclusive marketing of the Zurich film and cinema company's advertising and sponsorship space. Now the business partners have decided to deepen the cooperation and to give Echowerk a partial stake in We Are Cinema. Parallel to the expansion of the client portfolio and the development of strategic partnerships, Echowerk is expanding its team with two new employees who will start in June.<\/p>\n
