Ten Migros managers are in\u00a0Zurich-Altstetten<\/span> by a Shop <\/span>that doesn't even exist yet. A new Migros branch in Schlieren became virtually walkable before it is finished. It is the largest simulation of a construction project in the world. It was installed in the virtual reality hall \"Fusion Arena\" in Zurich<\/span> Altstetten<\/span>. However, the \"proof of concept\" with the supermarket hall in Schlieren has been successful.<\/p>\n Tobler<\/span> and his team received from the Migros<\/span> 3D models and textures in advance, as well as descriptions of the materials at various locations in virtual space. The corporate design of the Migros<\/span> be replicated as realistically as possible.<\/p>\n For the visualisation of such a construction project as the 3,000 square metre supermarket, companies have to reckon with steep costs between 20,000 and 40,000 Swiss francs.
