Six's campaign for the new QR-bill features short stories that take a tongue-in-cheek look at the pitfalls of digitalisation, including VR.<!--more--><\/h3>\n<p>Swiss payment transactions are about to undergo an evolution. From 30 June 2020, the new QR-bill will build bridges from the analogue to the digital world. It will replace all previous payment slips. Thanks to the \"Swiss QR Code\", payments are set to become simpler, more convenient and more efficient.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"digitalisierung-erfasst-alle-lebensbereiche\">Digitalisation affects all areas of life<\/h3>\n<p>Digitalisation is a topic that is currently affecting practically all areas of our lives. Whether we use our devices to control just the fridge or the whole house, whether drones deliver urgent parcels or unusual images, whether electronic driving assistants will soon enable autonomous driving, whether we discover new worlds from our sofa or workplace with virtual reality - all these innovations are only possible thanks to digitalisation.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"lernen-lernen-lernen\">Learn, learn, learn.<\/h3>\n<p>Digitalisation often gives the impression that everything will work automatically in the future, that it will practically take care of our lives and work by itself. However, the reality is quite different. Digitalisation ensures that we are constantly learning new things, that we have to deal with new things. This is precisely what the campaign for the QR-bill, developed by Rudy Felber and Ralph Halder and produced by Ilonka Galliard, aims to dramatise.<\/p>\n<p>With an online campaign consisting of video clips and banners as well as adverts in selected media, the Swiss population is now being made aware of the new QR-bill. For example, an older man can be seen unpacking a basketball in his living room and putting on his VR glasses. Totally overwhelmed, he soon begins a dribbling manoeuvre and throws the ball forward. Which, of course, causes a huge crash. True to the motto: \"Life doesn't get any easier. But paying does. Thanks to the new QR-bill.\" From this perspective, the QR-bill is a happy ending.
